Package description

The UX & Adoption Refresh package is designed for existing Salesforce customers whose users find Salesforce cluttered, confusing, or “too hard to use” and therefore avoid using it. The focus is on simplifying page layouts, removing noise, and adding a small number of high‑impact Flows so that everyday tasks become faster and more intuitive for sales and service users. This is a compact, fixed‑price, sprint‑based engagement aimed at creating visible, user‑facing improvements that drive better adoption and set the stage for ongoing optimisation.

Package deliverables

Short discovery with end users and key stakeholders to understand pain points in day‑to‑day use. Clean‑up and simplification of page layouts for 3–5 key objects (e.g., Account, Contact, Opportunity, Case). Implementation of 1–3 Flows to reduce repetitive typing and clicks (for example, auto‑populate related fields, guided screens, or automatic task creation). Basic tidy‑up of key picklists, buttons, and list views to improve usability. 1–2 short enablement videos showing the “new way of working” for users.
