Salesforce rescue
Package description
Salesforce Rescue is a sprint‑based optimisation engagement for existing Salesforce customers in the UK who are unhappy with their current ROI, struggling with low user adoption, broken or unreliable reporting, or a Sales Cloud setup that no longer fits the way they work. The focus is on diagnosing and fixing reporting issues, improving architecture and configuration, and implementing moderate to complex automations so the system becomes easier to use and more aligned to how the business sells. Work is delivered in sprints over approximately 6–8 weeks on a time‑and‑materials basis, with success measured against a jointly defined “what does good feel like” target established at the start of the engagement.
Package deliverables
Typical deliverables for Salesforce Rescue include a rapid health check of the existing org, a prioritised improvement backlog, remediation of key configuration and architectural issues, and redesigned or new reports and dashboards that actually support decision‑making. Depending on the agreed scope, the engagement can also deliver new or improved flows and other automations at a moderate‑to‑complex level, targeted changes to page layouts and permissions to simplify the user experience, and a short set of enablement materials to help drive better adoption of the optimised setup.
Expected project completion timeline
