The Not‑for‑Profit Starter on Enterprise is a fixed‑price Salesforce implementation package for charities and not‑for‑profits using standard Enterprise edition (rather than NPSP) who want to get control of constituents, donations, and simple programmes. It focuses on configuring a practical data model, core processes, and meaningful reports so smaller organisations can track income and engagement without heavy customisation. Delivery is sprint‑based, giving NFP teams a clear, manageable Salesforce setup they can grow into over time.

Package deliverables

Core data model setup for constituents (organisations, contacts/households) and income/“donation” tracking using Opportunities or a simple custom object. Basic processes for recording donations, pledges, and key interactions. 1–2 dashboards and a small set of reports focused on income over time, donor activity, and simple segmentation. Light automation with Flows (for example, acknowledgement tasks/emails and follow‑up reminders). Data‑import templates and guidance for initial constituent and donation data (client owns cleansing). Short video‑based training materials for staff who will use or administer the system.
