Package description

The Salesforce Automation package is a sprint‑based engagement for new or existing Salesforce orgs that want to automate manual processes using Flows, reducing human typing, errors, and delays while keeping everything within declarative configuration (no Apex code). It targets any cloud and any customer segment, focusing on mapping out one or more key business processes and then implementing them as Flow‑based automations over 2–4 weeks, so teams experience tangible efficiency gains within a short, fixed timeframe. Work is delivered on a fixed‑price basis, with clear agreement up front on which processes are in scope and what “success” looks like in terms of fewer clicks, fewer errors, or faster turnaround.

Package deliverables

Typical deliverables include process mapping workshops for the selected use cases, design of up to 5 Flow‑based automations, and configuration of those Flows in the target Salesforce environment without custom Apex. The package can cover record‑triggered Flows, scheduled Flows, and screen Flows where appropriate, plus changes to fields, page layouts, and validation rules needed to support the automated process. It also includes basic testing of the configured Flows, light documentation of how they work and how to maintain them, and short enablement materials so admins and key users understand the new automated behaviour.
