Salesforce health check

Package description

The Salesforce Health Check – Data & Technical Hygiene package is a sprint‑based assessment and remediation plan for existing Salesforce orgs that want to improve data stewardship, manage data storage more effectively, retire or rationalise old packages, and understand code coverage and technical risk. It is aimed at customers who feel their org has grown organically over time and now suffers from cluttered data, storage pressure, unused apps, and uncertain test coverage, and delivers clear findings and a prioritised action plan rather than a full rebuild.

Package deliverables

Data stewardship review: analysis of key objects for duplicates, incomplete records, ownership gaps, and simple stewardship KPIs, with recommendations for processes, fields, and responsibilities. Data storage and archiving review: overview of current storage usage (data and files), identification of “heavy” objects and patterns, and practical options for clean‑up or archiving. Packages and apps review: inventory of installed managed/unmanaged packages, identification of unused or legacy apps, and guidance on which can be removed, replaced, or consolidated. Code coverage and technical debt snapshot: summary of current Apex classes, triggers, test coverage levels, and obvious technical‑debt hotspots, with a risk‑based improvement backlog. Health Check report and roadmap: a concise written report and prioritised backlog of recommended fixes and improvements, sized so you can convert them into small follow‑on sprints or mini‑projects.
